With so many celebrities walking around with fabulous toned bums, it seems that us ladies have been spending more time trying to find ways to achieve the same, resulting in an influx of women approaching cosmetic surgeons about bum enhancement and lifting treatments and implants. But there are ways to achieve that perfect bottom we have always wanted without that surgeons knife.

Pippa Middleton’s bottom hasn’t stopped hitting headlines since  she wore a tight-fitting Alexandra Mcqueen  dress to Royal wedding  and has reportedly revealed the secret behind her behind, is Pilates, calling her workout a “weekly necessity.”  A statement on her fitness centre’s website says : From breathing techniques, muscle toning to overall flexibility and relaxation, my Pilates sessions have become something of a weekly necessity that keeps me fit, happy and energised”

most towns and cities have many widely available pilates classes, which can be a fun way to get your girlfriends together, but if that just isn’t your thing, if the thought of bending and stretching in front of other people is a little scary, then don’t fret, there is a huge range of pilates DVD’s available so can work that bottom right there in your living room.

The best route to a fabulous bum is by eating right and exercising. so here’s some more suggestions of the perfect exercises to turn your bumpy butt into a beautiful behind.
Squats
Stand with your feet more than shoulder-width apart, toes pointing slightly outward, and hold a weight with both arms between your legs. Stick your butt out behind you, inhale and bend your knees until your thighs are parallel to the ground, making sure that your knees don’t extend past your toes.
Exhale as you push through your heels to lift your body back up, squeezing your butt as you reach the top.

Step-ups
Stand in front of a step or even a box that is about two feet high and, keep your arms your sides, step onto the bench with your entire foot and exhale as you press down on your heel to lift your body up slowly.
Inhale as you lower your leg back to the ground .make sure you do both legs
Butt Push-ups
Lie down on your back and bend your knees so that your heels are close to your bottom. Slowly raise your legs into the air as high as you can go, squeezing your bottom when you reach the top. Hold for a second then lower yourself back to the ground.

So get squatting, and stepping that behind into beautiful shape, wear that bikini you bought a long time ago but haven’t had the confidence to wear. or simply make you derrière look amazing in those jeans. walk with confidence ladies,

Don’t let all these celebrity beauties hog the dishy desirable limelight, and whatever your size or shape a dishy derrière is definitely achievable…. it’s time to make Beyonce, J-Lo, Kylie and Pippa jealous.

As we move into the autumn season of new fashion trends, we also move into a season of new make up trends.Designers this season have shown us a few that are a must for the season ahead of us. The runways of Jean Paul Gaultier and Oscar De La Renta brought us models with fresh nude make up, clear lips, light blush cheeks and minimal eyes, opting for soft pencil and natural shaded eyes, perfect for that pure daytime look.Dolce and Gabbana and Chloe, paired their classic looks with a classic make up style, the ‘smoky eye’. This was also seen on the runways of Vera Wang, channel and Roberto Cavalli, but with a bit of a difference, these designers chose braver, bolder colours. We saw shades of plum, purple, and this season big colour, orange.

Expect to see a lot of citrus shades on the make up counters right now, to add some zest to your make up bag.Liquid liners were used for a more dramatic eye, perfect for the party season ahead. In contrast we also saw soft pencil liners, which is perfect for the older woman to look youthful.Be bold, and try some different colour eye pencils. Whatever your personality, there is definitely an eye make up trend to suit.

In light of the recent news that Kim Kardashian has filed for Divorce from her NBA husband Kris Humphries, it has been widely reported that she is no longer wearing her wedding ring, or her 20.5ct Lorraine Schwartz diamond engagement ring. This got me thinking, what happens to the ring now? Is it OK for a bride to keep her engagement ring, or should it be returned to the groom?

Is an engagement ring a contract between two people. an agreement to marry each other, with the intention of sticking together through the good times, and the bad, in sickness, and in health, and all that other stuff? Or in these modern times has tradition been overtaken by the fact that a diamond ring is merely a gift, with no meaning behind it, and therefore is a woman’s to keep, no matter what happens after the engagement. Of course Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphies did walk down the aisle and marry each other, although it lasted only 72 days before divorce proceedings began, but what if the couple in question doesn’t even make it down the aisle? Crystal Harris received a diamond engagement ring from Playboy owner Hugh Hefner, after she accepted his proposal of marriage, a few days before the nuptials Crystal publicly called off their engagement. Crystal did not return the ring, but instead sold it at Christie’s auction house for a whopping $38,000. Again the question arises, was the diamond a gift therefore hers forever, to do with what she wishes, or was it in fact accepted in agreement of happy ever afters? Or does it morally belong to Mr Hefner and should it have been returned to him.

I guess, the answer to these questions lies within the couples themselves, it is really down to their own values and beliefs. I would be a little saddened if the great traditions of marriage were to disappear all together. But what is your thoughts on this? Leave some comments below let us know what know think.
