Rihanna took to the stage last night at London’s O2 Arena, but had crowds booing, as they were left waiting nearly two hours for the star to appear, and it i
s not the first time this has been reported.
Many fans were tweeting last night and this morning about their frustrations, and mentioned booing from the crowd. The audience enjoyed an amazing performance from Calvin Harris, Rihanna’s support act, then were left waiting, for almost two hours before the super star arrived onstage. Fans however have said it was amazing.show, despite the initial glitch.
This is not the first time Rihanna has hit the headlines for being extremely late on stage, fans In Belfast allegedly made similar complaints when Rihanna was apparently two hours late on stage, although the singers reps deny this. and again back in 2010 in a performance in the Netherlands. So I ask…is this becoming a habit? We hope not. As it.would be a shame to take the focus away from what has been described as ” an amazing show, with spectacular performance from Rihanna”
There are usually 3 sides to every story. As you said hope this isnt the norm because she is becoming more and more of an amazing artist as each year goes by!!!
